WHERE PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND Brevet AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SITE IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Submissions by You
